I simply wanted a breakfast burrito and add another one for $1.00 and the incompetent lady couldn’t understand. so, i asked her did you add the burrito? she replied yes i did. when i got to window and got my breakfast the breakfast burrito was not added. at this time the other incompetent lady said that she was going to charge me a dollar because the first incompetent lady did not do it. just a simple transaction became a reminder that i will not be coming back to this mcDonalds ever again. Train your associates to effectively know how to take an order.

- CGCarlos GarciaNov 2, 20252.0Young employee on the floor, glasses, black hair, bringing food to tables has the worst customer service ever, wouldn’t even respond to our good morning or thank you, ignored us, forgot a set of plastic ware, one syrup for pancakes and the cream and sugar for the coffee, when I went to the counter to get the stuff she was chatting and smiling in the back, when asked about the stuff we asked she just said oh I forgot, changed her face back to the previous nasty one, put the stuff on the counter and turned her back on my without even apologizing or making eye contact. I manage 30 stores and in 15 years haven’t seen such bad customer service, I would fire her on the spot.
