  Food was throughen into the box and the cheese stuck to the box. Sandwich has to be reassembled to be able to eat. Not at all pleasant. Very disappointing!

  Debora the morning manager is rude she absolutely no customer service and very unprofessional in every aspect she has a lady always mopping the floor when I walk in at 730 in the morning, I let her know every time I walk in shes mopping the floor I let her know its a liability for when customers walk in and I dont want no one mopping my feet because I will be very upset Deborah proceeded to tell me that "i knew she was there" which is hilarious because how much more rude can she get. I should slipped and fell and sue mcdonalds for her disrespectful words but instead I let her know that its a liability. They shouldve been mopping since the lobby opened. She said I always walk in with an attitude cause her shift is always getting stuff wrong I go everyday in the afternoon and the young girl there always have stuff in line thats why I dont even know her name. I use to work for mcdonalds years ago and my mcodnalds is way better than this one 100 times

  I come to this location because it’s close to me. However, I will start driving to the next closest location. How they manage to mess up every order is beyond comprehension. I have reached out to customer care team and corporate multiple times but nothing changes. They offered me a free meal last time which I have yet to use. I rather go to another location and pay.
