If they get to busy. Especially at certain times of day. Its understandable. But they shouldn't offer a service they cant keep up with. I lost my points and my food bc I couldn't wait any longer. And nowadays. The cashiers dont even pay attention to you as you walk in. So I didnt waste more time and left. Won't be coming back here ever

And they did not refund my money … just took my money , told us to leave and deal with it through our banks … rude terrible service and I never got my money back
