- ABAmber Byrum4 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars I would. Guy taking orders could barely speak english and when I asked him to repeat, he got an attitude because I didnt understand him. Woman at the window, same exact issue. purchased chicken tenders and asked for specific sauce and she just handed me whatever she put her hands on first "chili". When I explained she was wrong, she slammed the window in my face. Maybe they'll go out of business. Thankfully Im only visiting because thats 100% a one and done.

Even though there were only two customers inside (and they were just eating ice cream), it took me almost 30 minutes to get my order, which was a Happy Meal, a Chicken Tender Combo, and a Chicken Sandwich Combo. I watched at least a dozen cars go through the drive-thru and multiple people pick up online orders before they got to mine. When I finally got the food, it was cold and the fries were extremely salty. Not a single staff member apologized for the delay or seemed to care about the wait time. Given the extremely slow service and poor quality of the food, I definitely won't be coming back to this McDonald's.

At the drive-thru, the young man taking our order was very polite and even asked if I wanted to donate to help children with cancer — which I gladly did. However, when I went to pay, I noticed I had only been charged for one order instead of four. I went back in my car to clarify, and they corrected the charge. When I reached the window, the same employee handed me my order in separate parts, gave me only one straw, and one of the Cokes was missing. I had to repeatedly ask for more straws, and when I mentioned the missing Coke, the manager came to the window and, unfortunately, was the one who treated us with the least courtesy. As someone who works at the University of Miami and cares for cancer patients, I found the experience disappointing and upsetting, especially after supporting a good cause. I truly hope this feedback helps improve customer service and professionalism among your team.thankss .

Cause why when I put a mobile order in for breakfast at 4AM the time that it says you service breakfast and I come to the window the employees are telling me you're closed. Do better McDonald's. Quick to take my money and now I have to wait what 24 hours to get my money back? Ridiculous
