The service was slow even though it wasn’t that busy, and the staff seemed unorganized. My order wasn’t made correctly, and when I asked about it, the response was rude instead of helpful. On top of that, they charged me extra just to get sauce — which is ridiculous on a breakfast order. The food wasn’t fresh: my hash browns were cold and greasy, and the sandwich looked like it had been sitting there for a while. To make things worse, my orange juice tasted like watered-down juice instead of fresh. The dining area also wasn’t clean, with tables left dirty for too long. Breakfast at McDonald’s is supposed to be quick, fresh, and simple, but this location really missed the mark
