This McDonalds is one of the best I’ve been in truly and everything about the place is top notch. This is an easy five stars for me and I usually don’t write reviews. ^~^

This is my local McDonald’s. I’m not sure if management has changed but it is not the same. The service is slow. The order is not always correct. Some of the workers do not speak english. Sometimes I dread going here because I know it will be complicated. This location wasn’t always like this. It can improve

I went to McDonald’s to pick up a breakfast order, and when I arrived they told me it was not possible. I placed the order well before the breakfast hours ended, yet once I got there they said they couldn’t make it.
This is very disrespectful, especially after I drove all the way there. The person at the drive-thru window was rude and disrespectful, and they offered no solution at all.
Overall, it was a total disaster.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and unfortunately the experience has been the same. I always place my order at least 15 minutes in advance, yet when I arrive I still have to wait because the order hasn’t been prepared.
I understand there can be busy times, but if the system allows ordering ahead, the estimated times should be respected. It’s frustrating to arrive on time and see that the order hasn’t even been started.
I hope they can improve their organization and time management.
