  Acabo de salir de macdonal y la verdad q pésima atención al cliente, literalmente trajeron mi pedido y de mala gana y les falto darme las servilletas y pajillas y cuando se las pedi se fue y como seguía esperando hasta en ese momento me las dio pero haciendo mala cara, no sé el nombre de ella pero es una q estaba de cajera pero llevando los pedidos, debería de capacitar bien a sus empleados y poner el aire acondicionado ya q hacia calor

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. In two separate occasions the food took over 20 minutes, Got my order incorrect. I purchased a pair of the grinch socks, which they told me was out of stock I then asked them for a refund for the item that they didn’t have and they offered me a different menu item instead. When I declined and requested for a refund after one of the employees told me that I would need to cancel my order and redo it the manager on shift did not know how to do a refund this place seriously lacks training and needs to be shut down for a couple days to have their employees trained properly very slow, unprofessional unhelpful service. I ended up getting a refund after the manager had to call a manager from a separate location to teach her how to do it, that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen in my life. How did she get the title as a manager.

  The drive you all she was doing was rushing rude can’t even order with out disrespect and They think we don’t know the difference from sweet tea and iced tea when u tell they get hot and bother manager at the second window he slams it train ur manager how to be respectful and do there job right because when we fix the problem on are own it’s a problem live her for 30 years get worse and worse sad

  This is by far the worst McDonald's in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA because they always mess up my order and are super super slow. They all look completely lost! The management there should all be replaced!
