The staff spent their time yelling in their typical slang and insulting other people. They mistreated the customers and made us wait on purpose. The food was burnt and badly packaged. This happened on the night of Friday, October 3, and again on the night of Saturday, October 4 around 9pm both times. I thought it was something specific to that day, but I went back again and it happened once more. I WENT BACK TO GET THE NAME OF THE PERSON THAT MISTREATED US AND HER NAME IS YAILIN. I will make sure to never come back to this McDonald’s. There are many others to choose from — no need to deal with such terrible service here. ——— La peor experiencia de servicio que he vivido.
