    This local is very busy place, which affects the speed of service. I think using the drive-thru is more convenient. This time, February 16, I stopped at this McDonald's specifically because it's on the main road. They had recently had an incident where a homeless man insulted a female employee. It's understandable that this affects the team, however, They should handle it with greater care and respect for privacy (including personal hygiene), especially since it's a food establishment.

    Hola entramos y hicimos el pedido y la cajera muy atenta muy amable pero le pedimos la llave del baño para mís nenes y mi señora y una de las que estaba adentro de la cocina (no la cajera por qué se portó re bien y la trataban re mal sus compañeros) al parecer tenía la llave y no le respondía a la cajera cuando esta se la pedia, hasta que le pedí con voz alta y se acerco una chica de pelo lacio y de mala gana me dio la llave del baño , ademas no podias pedir con bandeja para sentarte en las mesas solo pedir con bols para llevar . Una mala experiencia salvando la cajera que e portó muy bien. 16 de febrero a las 14 hrs .

    You seriously need to take control of your franchise, because your employees are destroying the reputation and brand of your business. Their attitude is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. They clearly do not care about the company they represent, and their behavior reflects extremely poorly on your management. Your location clearly says it is open 24/7, yet after midnight your employees refuse to serve customers. Instead, they ignore you, look at you, and laugh in a mocking and disrespectful way. No customer should ever be treated like that, especially at a global brand that is supposed to stand for consistency and customer service. Because of this experience, you have permanently lost three loyal customers. We have supported this brand for years, but after being mocked and treated with such disrespect, we will never return to this location again. As an owner or manager, you should understand that your employees represent your brand. Right now, they are damaging it. If this behavior continues, more customers will walk away permanently. Immediate action, proper training, and accountability are clearly needed.
