What a horrible experience. purchased 2 meals (nuggets). Got home, did not receive the 2 large fries or any sauce requested. only got the (2) 10 pcs and soda. Not to mention the place was so dirty. i used to come here when i was a child and brought so much memories. Can’t believe the owner or staff have allowed this place to get like this. the blonde girl at drive thru with glasses is not nice at all. I said good evening not a smile not a hello, how sad!

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this McDonald’s really missed the mark. The fries were cold, the nuggets were not only cold but soggy, and to top it off they didn’t even have Coke Zero. I settled for a Diet Coke, which was mediocre at best. The dining area was dirty, and there was a homeless man walking around begging for food while employees seemed unbothered. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I don’t think Ronald would appreciate this. 🤡

The staff is rude. Ordered via app which reported order ready. Checked in via app. Staff ignored me making me late for work. Both of the recent times I've ordered before leaving jome for pickup on the way to work.

My recent drive-thru experience at this location was extremely disappointing and inefficient. I placed and paid for my order 20 minutes in advance through the mobile app, with the expectation of a quick pickup.
I arrived and was the third car in line. Despite having two cars ahead of me that had not pre-ordered, it took over 10 minutes just for those two cars to place their orders and move forward. This process should be significantly faster, and it's especially frustrating for customers who have pre-paid to be stuck behind those still deciding what they want. The presence of a second order lane, which is consistently closed, points to a clear lack of good management and operational efficiency.
When I finally reached the window, I gave the cashier my mobile order code. After a noticeable silence, I firmly asked, "Did you get the number?" I did not raise my voice, but I spoke clearly and firmly due to the shock of having already waited 10 minutes in total to get to the speaker. The cashier's unprofessional response was, "Don't yell at me."
This location desperately needs better management to ensure pre-paid mobile orders are prioritized and that the drive-thru operates efficiently. A 20-minute wait for a pre-paid "fast food" order is unacceptable.
