    Service was the only thing good at this place . Food was terrible , drink was hot and dessert tasted like 100 years old.

    Service wasn’t bad but they were running slow on 1/4/26. Food was delicious. I had to send my Long Island Iced Tea back and get another drink because it tasted like a glass of Cola instead of alcohol with soda as an ingredient. Our waiter was a very nice person and made every attempt to provide good service but the forces of nature were against him. Overall, it was a decent experience.

    From out of town and I expected better service. My second time at a margaritaville. My first experience was great! This was horrible! Waiter was impatient. The chef had a say in the menu. We ordered the new chicken and biscuit. Was told no biscuit, no big deal. Asked if we could substitute the biscuit for something else. Waiter had to go ask the chef, was told no. Again, no big deal. I said I will just take the meal without the biscuit. Waiter said the chef blocked it on the computer, seriously? Blocked it because he didn't want alternatives lol. Treat your tourists better, they make your money! I am returning to Florida in a few months and I definitely won't be back here. Chillis is here, will try them.

    The service was very slow and we had to keep asking for things (silverware, our food, napkins). The food was average, decent burger.

    Lovely place to eat and drink, the cocktails are amazing. Delicious jerk salmon, yum. Take a walk around here, there are lovely little restaurants and shops along the river.
