Sin embargo, todo se ve opacado por el mal servicio al cliente. Hoy por la mañana fui a comprar desayuno y fue decepcionante ver cómo ninguna de las empleadas parecía conocer bien el menú. En frente de varios clientes se hacían preguntas entre ellas sobre los combos, sin saber dar una respuesta clara. Además, la mayoría mostraba mala actitud, con malas caras , como si no quisieran estar trabajando. Es una lástima, porque un buen servicio haría toda la diferencia. Ojalá la administración tome en cuenta estos detalles, ya que la calidad de la comida merece una mejor experiencia al cliente.
