    The service is horrible! After waiting for 30 mins to be seated we waited 1 hour for our food! The meat was cold and chips stale !!!

    Tienen promociones de almuerzo pero no te entregan las carta de esa promoción a no ser que la pidas ! Muy cara la comida no estaba tan buena !! Fuera de eso cuando pagamos llegó el recibo más caro por pagar con tarjeta !!!! Osea si no tienes efectivo te sube la cuenta !! A pero la propina la incluyen y es del 18 % 👎

    Ridiculously overpriced. We paid 130$ for about 50$ worth of food. Quality was subpar and I got food poisoning from the fish and chips.

    They were hosting a "Christmas Party" inside and the kitchen was apparently delayed. Anyways took over an hour to get our food and when it came out out of 5 people only 3 meals were ready. First time going to Hard Rock Cafe as my friends were telling me how great it was. Anyways it basically ruined the evening. If the kitchen can't handle a party and it's regular activities maybe they shouldn't be open to both at all. Wish we had just been told there was a delay instead of being seated and starving.

    We strolled the markets and decided to give this place a try. Three of us got the cheeseburger deal and we all thought the burgers were excellent. Best burger I have had in a long time. The draft Landshark was great also. Service was just meh - had to track down our check to pay and leave.
