I order from the kiosk and expected my name to be called as the order got fulfilled.However, I had to go up to the counter on the side where the uber drivers pick up and give them my ticket number for the staff to fulfill my order. Its just a little disorganized.

The customer even asked, “Weren’t you next?” I told him, “It’s okay, go ahead,” even though I’d already been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the cashier didn’t apologize or even smile. Honestly, if people don’t want to work, they should let those who actually do take their place.

Anyhow, I pointed to the screen and ordered the caramel latte (the picture shows a latte with whip cream and caramel drizzle), she hands me a plain latte, I asked, can I also get the whip cream and caramel topping? She adds whip cream, hands it back, I say, and the caramel? Then she says, well I'll give it for now but it costs extra.. hmmm, again I pointed to the screen, and said that's what I ordered, it has whip cream and caramel. Anyhow.. So I sat there, had my latte with a donut. Some time later, the other lady comes up to me and hands me a hot, fresh donut, soo good, and soo nice of her!
