Yesterday was the first time I came to this location. When I entered, the building's layout was strange. I asked, "Is this one place?" One of the workers replied sarcastically, "This one place," as he stepped to the side. I had to figure out where to order, pay, and eat.
The men who made my plate were respectful and welcoming. When I went to pay, I was disappointed by the limited drink options: only soda, canned water, smoothies, and acidic juices. They didn't have fountain drinks, bottled water, non-acidic juices, or cups of water. I had to purchase a drink somewhere else.
Another disappointment was the small side portions. I would've loved more yuca fries, corn, and plantains.
The food was good, but a bit spicy for me. The curry chicken had a kick as expected. I even found a piece of ginger in the sauce. I enjoyed the meal and genuinely appreciated the quinoa option instead of rice. The food kept me full.
The seating area was nice and clean. The atmosphere screamed island vibes, everything from the music to the furniture (as expected).
There is barely any parking unless you parallel park in the front or side of the building. There is a paid parking lot nearby as well.
Overall, I would return, but I wouldn't order the same thing because the vast majority of the proteins are spicy.
This is THE BEST Jamaican food in Miami! It’s flavorful, plentiful and just perfect! Everyone should know about this place! The owner is such a great person as well! Love it, will be having this every week!

Highly disappointed!… I ordered the oxtail with the rice and peas and yuca. The Food itself was not even warm. The yuca was hard! The Oxtails had a lot of fat around them and was tough to the point. I broke off a bracket!! and you cannot address the issue with the staff because everyone has an attitude. I can honestly say I’m not ever going back there and I work right across the street. Definitely a waste of $30 and was not satisfied
What an amazing Jamaican/Caribbean cuisine experience!! I loved that it was fast-food style but with all the flavor. We had such an incredible experience from the get-go, with the gentleman with longer hair (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) working in the evening at the food service station who greeted us, and gave us the best combination advice!! Jerk chicken was worth the wait, and with a little of the jerk shrimp sauce on the rice… I couldn’t even speak while eating - I just devoured it all 🥲 the manager who I believe was working at the register could’ve been a little nicer - and nicer to her staff as well, but otherwise, an incredible experience. We will DEFINITELY be back, and ready to try some more!!
Also, the ambience, lighting and music in the back dining area were incredible!! Made me feel like we were somewhere in the Caribbean :)
