  I placed an order at this Store through the official mobile application. The Store manager said they had no record of my order, and said I must have ordered through Door Dash. When I showed the Official Jimmy John’s app order number, and he refused to provide service to me, refused to provide his name and refused to give me contact information to complain. I recommend firing this manager immediately. I have otherwise had a solid experience at this location, but have never seen this particular manager before. Unfortunately since the store manager did not issue me a refund or provide me a sandwich I fear I have to waste my time with a credit card dispute.

  I ordered the party box and service was great!!! They were on top of the order and the sandwiches were perfectly cut and deliciously made. Thank you! Will definitely use them for my next event!!

  Food was pretty good but I have an allergy to ham and almost everything on there has him and they wouldn't substitute anything else for the hams you just take half the sandwich away when I accidentally accommodate for my allergy they said no. Then the rest of the time I just got attitude from all three workers in there none of them seem like they wanted to be there
