I went in the shop to get some ice cream for my family. as we’re waiting, everyone is in the back and I see smoke from two employees, one is a girl with long hair and the other one a boy with curly hair. They were all arguing about who is going to take our order and in the end Katherinne took our order. Super great employee, but the other two were actually smoking in the back and they thought I didn’t see them. You need better employees like Katherinne, that actually care about customers.

On Saturday I went to Häagen-Dazs with my family to get a milkshake and an ice cream excited to eat a nice treat, and the experience was honestly very disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the service felt rushed and almost impatient, even though there wasn’t a single person waiting in line behind us. We didn’t even get the chance to look at all the flavors because one of the men staff members kept pushing us to order quickly, which completely took away the fun of choosing what we wanted. I ordered a strawberry milkshake expecting something rich and creamy, but it tasted oddly watered down, more like strawberry mixed with water than an actual milkshake. It was surprising and frustrating considering the brand’s reputation. We left feeling let down because what should have been a simple, enjoyable family treat turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing experience.

On Saturday, we visited the shop with a group of nine five-year-old children. We were the only customers there. Naturally, with a group of young kids, it was a bit loud—but nothing out of the ordinary for an ice cream shop.
The employee who was serving us was very pleasant. However, the manager, the young woman with the nose piercing, greeted us by immediately telling the kids they needed to keep their voices low. We didn’t make much of it at first and continued ordering, but she repeated the instruction again, and it felt out of place. The children were simply talking and laughing—nothing excessive or disruptive.
We understand that businesses have rules, but this is an ice cream shop, not a quiet environment like a church or classroom. Instead of helping us move through the ordering process quickly and smoothly, the manager chose to escalate the situation and began arguing with several of the moms. At that point, we decided it was best to leave.
It was disappointing, and I genuinely feel bad for the owner, because this manager’s behavior does not reflect someone who cares about the customers or the business. It might be something worth looking into.
Super nice employees! We came in after a large party of children, and the worker Katie was apologizing to us since there was adults singing happy birthday REALLY loud in the store and we couldn't properly place our order. She helped us in the end and was super kind! Definitely will be coming back
