  We absolutely love Fleming’s, and a big reason why is our waiter, Felipe. We always request him when we come in because he is truly the best. He’s incredibly attentive, professional, and always makes us feel taken care of. Felipe consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit feel special, and he really elevates the entire dining experience. The food and atmosphere at Fleming’s are always amazing. We always leave happy and looking forward to our next visit.

  Our experience in Flemings is always fantastic. The food is delicious and fresh and Felipe is the most attentive server ever! He Is very professional and he is very polite. He always lets us know what the specials are, and he explains everything with so much detail. We continue to return because of the delicious food and the great service he provides us with. Thank you very much!!

  We recently visited Fleming’s in Miami/Brickell, and I must say—we were truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. We were fortunate to have Felipe as our server, and he was absolutely outstanding—a true professional with impeccable taste and attention to detail. I ordered the sea bass, which was delicious, though my wife insists it was no match for her Prime Ribeye. From my side of the table, her meat looked incredibly juicy and irresistible. I was only allowed to steal a small bite, and due to its tenderness, it melted in my mouth. We also had the pleasure of meeting Alfredo, a distinguished restaurant manager who kindly stopped by our table, which made the experience even more memorable. All in all, we give Fleming’s 10 stars. Thank you for making our evening truly special.

  Came on vacation to Miami and decided to stop by Flemings for NYE without reservation. Even though they were full, my girlfriend and I were greeted very nicely by the hostesses and told we’d be put on a wait for a chance to sit. They recommended the bar and we sat to have a drink while we waited and had the pleasure of meeting the bar manager Aly who immediately greeted us and wished us a happy New Year’s Eve. My girlfriend and I were floored by her kindness and attention, in a packed bar she treated us like we were the only ones there. We had such a phenomenal time with her and the bartenders that we decided to enjoy the rest of the night with them instead of a table. The hospitality we felt in a place we’ve never been was unparalleled and I have to give a huge round of applause for Aly, the delicious food and the even better drinks. Consider me a loyal Brickell Flemings forever anytime I come back to Miami!

  This place is fantastic. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and there for every need. The dry aged ribeye was amazing and well prepared and when I added the truffle butter it was outstanding. Potatoes aungratin and Mac and cheese were good and brussel sprouts tasted like candy, crispy and falvorful. Oysters were fresh and juicy. The only miss was their table side smoked old fashion. The presentation was perfect, the old fashion itself was properly prepared, however the table all agreed that they didn't have any smoke flavor on the coctail. Not sure if the drink didn't stay in the smoke long enough, but I believe the biggest issue is the table side presentation. While it's cool and looks nice, all the smoke stayed inside the bottle they poured from and didn't sneak down into the glass. The easiest solution I would suggest is to smoke the glass prior to brining it out to give some flavor there.
