When I ordered my food, a large man with glasses and a beard served me. When I went to pay, the young man flipped me the bird, just because I asked him to repeat what I had ordered, I was shocked when this happened!!.
When one of my relatives received their burger, the bun was on backwards, all my food was prepared by the same guy that took my order.
I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone while he's still working there. No one, absolutely no one, deserves to be treated like that.
When I paid, I left a tip for the rest of the staff. I love Five Guys, but with this kind of staff, I'd rather not return.

We went this afternoon and it seemed like we were in El Palacio de Los Jugos... The employees were incredible loud and boisterous from the moment we got into the store to the moment we left. They never stopped hanging out and being loud. So loud the music was barely audible at times. The cajun fries had so much seasoning we couldn't eat them. There were spoonful of seasoning at the bottom of the paperbag.
This place has gone downhill and quick. Awful! Our family has been coming over to this location at least once a month for the last year even though it's not the closest to us. It was our favorite 5 Guys due to quality and calm atmosphere. The 5 Guys closest to us just gained new customers.

When I've visited a 5 Guys burger franchises I've purchased a small order of fries and I'm served a small cup of fries PLUS the equivalent of another cup or more in loose fries.
At this franchise on 136st across from the Falls they don't follow that tradition. I'm Ok paying the $6 for the cup of fries but make it a generous portion enough for the meal, $6 is excessive for a small skimpy cup of fries without extras!
I'll continue to drive the extra 1.3 miles and continue supporting the franchise on US1 & 94th where they serve a generous fries portion like in all the other 5 Guys I've visited in Florida and Massachusetts.
I didn't appreciate this part of the service it left a bad feeling.
I will NOT be returning to this franchise!!!
The food and people friendliness was good like in all 5 Guys franchises.

Five Guys at 8741 SW 136th St, Miami absolutely delivered! The moment I walked in, the energy was great — and a huge shout-out to Annette, the manager from Cuba, who truly stood out. Super friendly, always smiling, and extremely helpful. She made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
The food? Outstanding.
Best burgers in the game — fresh, juicy, and cooked exactly right every time. Their old-school, hand-cut fries are unbeatable, and the chocolate shake was straight fire. You can really taste the quality in every bite and sip.
Thank you to Annette and the entire team for an amazing visit. I’ll definitely be back!

What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.
You can read more about the story of Five Guys at www.FiveGuys.com!
How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
