  Franchise owner should look into getting better staff with better attitude, when I approached the cashier counter I was ready to have a great experience and before I was even greeted the cashier said I don’t speak Spanish, I was asking about the menu in English and barely have an accent (I’ve lived in the US most of my life). Thank goodness you have 2 choices to order on a tablet without even having to interact with the rude cashier and they have another standing Kiosk at the corner of the restaurant. I had tried the bagels in NY but it didn’t taste as good maybe the have cost cut on the ingredients. The Spanish lady that made my shake was nice compared to her counterparts, the other black lady that brought out 3 sandwiches also had an attitude she handed me my sandwich but had 2 in her hand and she said the first one while both sandwiches were side by side. It’s 2026 its sad you experience discrimination for ordering a Bagel sandwich meal which your paying good money for truly ruined my experience and I’m my first day of vacation. Experience was so bad i chose to take out and eat in the gate area next to the restaurant instead of dining in on one of the tables.

  A small Hispanic woman named Marie made everyone's orders while the manager and 2 other employees talked bad about marie. Marie completed my order and gave it to me only to go back to making more orders and the manager got in her face yelling because she asked for help and they wouldn't help. Get rid of all staff and treat that woman much better

  Had a bacon egg and cheese on sesame and an americano coffee. the eggs had an unfamiliar grayness to it that led me to throw it away. overcooked, dry eggs often share this color, but it did not seem like that was the case. it looked like something was wrong. I threw out the eggs and ate the bacon cheese on sesame. the americano was great though! I would not recommend spending 10$+ on their terrible sandwiches. walk down to a differentrestaurant that puts more care into their food.

  Garbage. Hiked up prices, rude staff, and the food is awful. Paid $35 for two coffees and two bagels. Asked for one egg on each, was charged for two. And look at the picture for the absolute state of the food, never again.

  Airport prices to the maximum. Costs twice as much as a normal Einstein Bros store. The bagel box (baker's dozen) costs $40 instead of the normal $20 at any other Einstein Bros. Trash.
