Between the poor product quality and lack of customer support, this store has lost my trust. I would avoid this location until quality control and customer service improve.

- ELE LeonardDec 1, 20252.0Came to this location several times over the past few months and each time my order was incorrect or they were out of an item and instead of communicating with me, they decided to replace ingredients without letting me know. At 1st i thought it was a language barrier so I started to only use mobile orders via the app eith drive thru pickup but that still doesn't help. Today I did a mobileorder with drive thru pick up and the order was a completly different sandwich. I had to park and come indide (which is the 1st time i went inside the store) I told them I received the wrong sandwich with the wrong meat and they replied they were out of the cheese, they remade it again with the wrong meat. When I asked for a refund the manager threw it on the counter even tho my hand was out. I love Dunkin but I will never go to this location again.
