Why did i wait here for ≈53 minutes for an order that I Can visibly see is already ready to go?! Employees have NO sense of urgency. MOVE FASTER!!!!! Then, I had to pay $5 to get out of the parking garage because I surpassed my free 30 minutes. I LOST money and time dealing with this location! REPORT THEM TO CORPORATE. Something must be done about this. They need a REAL manager.
