Watched the staff be rude to numerous customers and argue amongst themselves. No management or leadership at this location. I eventually received a refund for the majority of my order and left with no food for my meeting. I visit UM quite often for meetings and always spend a lot of money at this location but my recent experience will have me going elsewhere. Avoid this place!
