You order your coffee without sugar, and they hand it to you with sugar. You ask for a sandwich without bacon, and they add bacon anyway. At this point, it doesn’t feel like a simple mistake — it feels like a consistent pattern at this store. On top of that, the milk tastes old, flat, and without any foam, and everything ends up overly sweet even when you don’t ask for it. The entire experience reflects a lack of attention, training, and basic quality standards. I do not recommend this location until the service and product quality are improved.
