I asked for her name and she refused to give it. I politely informed her I will be filing a formal complaint ' she lied and said I cursed at her which did not occur at all to justify her work ethic which is poor' she started yelling and arguing with me a regular customer with a lobby full of customers ! She was very loud enraged and disrespectful ' she is unprofessional and has a very ugly attitude which matches her ugly appearance.

It was honestly surprising and a bit unsettling to see. My drink itself was okay and tasted fine, but the overall atmosphere from the experience. I added a photo for reference because it really caught me off guard.
