Disappointed with the service I usually like Dunkin’, but this location has really poor customer service. The employees are often rude or inattentive, and they don’t seem to care about getting orders right. My last few visits were frustrating — my order was incorrect and it took a long time to fix it. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the training and attitude of the staff.

The guy standing outside that takes your order through the drive thru is so rude! (Matthew) Not only did he lean over my window and practically put his face next to mine to take my order, but he literally told me for me to hurry up and order. Mind you I was the only person in that line and I just took one minute to read the menu to see what I want. I’m not sure why they hire people like that to work with human beings. Don’t you guys interview these people?

After visiting this Dunkin’ I had to come to give recognition to this team and advise that the culture I witnessed is something that should be modeled company wide. As an outsider, I have no way to know the motivations behind the leadership of Lourdes but if I had to make an assessment as an outsider, this is a winning team and her leadership from what can be seen is something that promotes growth. I have worked as a sales manager close to a decade and from my experience anyone can inflate numbers month over month but not everyone can generate business and create something that lasts. Lourdes was working with her team on a weekend and there was no sense anyone working looking overwhelmed or stressed even considering that the drive-thru was non-stop my whole visit. Everyone was working and happily, the team was efficient, competent and flowing. I needed to give the positive reinforcement on what matters and what truly creates a winning recipe. I am happy to give business to a place that can make a low wage job something more than something you tolerate until you find something better. Regional and corporate management would be wise to note that a team that respects and feels acknowledged for their work is a team that will take pride in what they do as something of importance and would breed stores with lower attrition, more in house growth and more customers who want to come back. As I said, I can’t know the details as to Lourdes philosophy but no matter the reason this works. The team was wonderful and looked happy to be working serving hungry customers on a Sunday. Need I say more? Thank you for reading my dissertation on why I think Lourdes probably needs a raise and should be recognized as a manager that didn’t just come in on a Sunday but was in there with her team to lead from the front. #LourdesGang

Every single time I come to this Dunkin, the customer service is not good. It seems like the people working there do not want to be there. Whoever the manager is, has this tone that is not welcoming whatsoever. My coffee orders are never the same as with other Dunkin locations. This Dunkin has really upset me. When you go to grab breakfast in the morning, the last thing you want to run into, is an establishment that has no warmth. I’m no longer going to be coming here anymore. I’ve given it a few chances to see if maybe I caught them on a bad day but no. There have been multiple occasions where I order a specific coffee that is made incorrectly and I have to throw it away from how bad it tastes. When I go here, I’m not welcomed with a smile or good morning. It’s more like people just pushing through and wanting to get you out of the way. I get that people have bad days and I NEVER leave a bad review anywhere but this is just unacceptable. Not sure who’s running the management or the locations itself but I would advise you to have a meeting to discuss how to be more welcoming & not lazy on making peoples coffees. If you aren’t a people person, I would also advise to maybe not choose a job where you will have to have interactions with people. God bless.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The cashier lourdiz not sure how to spell her name was extremely rude and unprofessional. Laughing on the mic in the drive thru and telling me I can’t add oat milk to a drink because they already started making the drink. I told her that’s not my fault and she’s going to reply it is my fault. No customer service skills at all
