  Smh never going to this place again. I usually go there and they make my coffee good but this time I asked for a little bit extra cold foam (the lady told me they pushed the cold foam to the bottom) I also told them it was super bitter, and that it just doesn’t taste right then she told me I had to stir it. Which I don’t mind but while i was leaving it still tasted bitter and not sweet. I wasn’t gonna go back cause i already had to go to work. But 0 stars.

  Rude!!!!!! U say good morning to the guy with the beard in the morning and no response And it doesn’t matter the amount of sugar and cream u ask for they do the coffee as they please this place is ridiculous

  I came to this dunkin donuts for the first time in 2 years due to the rude staff expecting new polite staff. I placed my order and 2 drinks with wipe cream the young lady obviously didnt hear it for one i spent 25 dollars in the store and the manager and a gentlemen at the window proceed to tell me that i have to be charbed .63 cents seperately and i explained i told the young lady as i always get my drinks the same way The managef proceeded to tell me that she has to charge me the .75 on my card. And i told her that is not correct and she proceeded to scream at me very rude manager.

  El personal de lo peor en atención al cliente si no tienes efectivo no puedes comprar por que te dicen que ahora todo el mundo usa tarjeta y el trato al cliente pésimo te atienden de lo peor LA PERSONA ENCARGADA BORICUA" COMO ME DIJO TRABAJA DE LA PEOR MANERA
