They have no initiative and respect for the more than 15 customers waiting in line to order, they are simply standing there waiting to receive the order from a deficient system, slow and complicated for many, wait more than 30 minutes to be able to place my order and then the same time to receive it, definitely the manager has to pay attention to his deficient staff and without energy to work

On top of that, the customer service is terrible. The woman working the counter consistently has a bad attitude and makes customers feel like they’re an inconvenience. She always seems miserable and acts like she hates being there. It really ruins the experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
