Ordered a breakfast wrap; say well done because there’s no reason the wrap should be given to me cold in the middle. Ordered a plain bagel toasted dark with butter and yet ai received a bagel that looks like they just took it out of the bag. Hand back the bagel just for it to be given back to me as if it was thrown in a microwave - not an oven.

Definitely the worst experience. The customer sevice is not all bad. Definitely need a better way of operating though. I waited 20 minutes for a bagel. Just for them to tell me that there were no more bagels
