The items are almost never in stock, and when you place a mobile order, you don’t get notified if something is unavailable. The real kicker? They claim not to know how to process refunds, which is incredibly frustrating. Lately, there have been new associates working, and honestly, they make the worst lattes. On top of that, the drive-thru lines are ridiculously slow. I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes with just a couple of cars ahead of me. I’d suggest avoiding this location. There are other Dunkin' stores nearby that are much busier but always have the items I want, and the service is way quicker and more efficient.
