  Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a loaded hash brown with bacon, and there was no bacon at all. I also never received my chocolate doughnut, even though it was part of my order. On top of that, the service was awful. My food was thrown at me instead of handed to me, coffee had no cream, and to make it worse, coffee spilled everywhere. This wasn’t just a small mistake. It was careless, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I expect basic accuracy and decent treatment when I pay for food, and this location failed on all of that. I won’t be coming back.

  Muy buena la atención. El personal es 100% amable con mucha empatía y educación. Nos sentimos muy bien en este local. Lamentablemente el "shrinkflation" a afectado el tamaño de los croissant 🥐 que hoy en día los hacen más pequeños que una donut. Prefiero que suban el precio del pan pero que no lo hagan tan pequeño. Honestamente me decepcionó mucho ver los croissant tan pequeños. El café latte excelente!!

  I used to love this Dunkin, great customer service employees greeted you with a huge smile and remembered your order, this place has gone down hill fast. Big change in employees, the great ones are gone besides one or two. The employees seem miserable, rude, and could care less about customer service including the manager. It’s sad when the the young kid with the blonde curly hair could run this whole store and teach the adults and everyone else how to treat customers and make them feel appreciated. The food is terrible, the coffee is bitter never tastes the same any day of the week either too dark or too watery the cup so filled with ice you get 3 sips in a medium.. just terrible. I am just so upset that a place I enjoyed so much daily now just irritates me every time I go in there.
