My pickup order showed “ready for pickup” in the tracker, but when I arrived, the order was not ready at all. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes after the app claimed it was completed. It’s obvious they are marking orders as ready just to meet their required time frames. When I asked about it, the employee said they were backed up and that he was working alone until someone else arrived. While I understand staffing issues, this is completely unacceptable. It’s unfair to customers who plan their pickup time based on the tracker, and it’s also unfair to employees who are clearly overworked and set up to fail. To make matters worse, no apology, no discount, no compensation, nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Poor management, misleading order tracking, and lack of accountability.

- JBJose BarretoNov 29, 20251.0As I walked in thru the doors my pizza was coming out the oven and no one to attend it and it fell on the floor the lady came out picked up the pizza and put it in a box thinking I didn’t notice and she was about the serve me a pizza that fell on the floor. I told her about it and she was like oh i can make you another one if you want and I said yes. If I didnt say nothing she would have served me a pizza from the floor this was on 11/28/25 at 10:10pm - 10:30pm approximately could be.
