This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I’m still waiting for this issue to be properly resolved. I expect better customer service and more attention to billing accuracy.

- LRLexi ReaperNov 10, 20251.0I called Thursday night at 7:55pm for delivery I was told delivery would be about 1 hour and 10 minutes I said that was fine. At 9:05pm I called and was told the order went out and it should arrive shortly. At 9:45pm I called again to check the status and receive no answer. I left my house and arrived at the store at 10:08pm I noticed the receiver of the phones were off the hook and I asked to speake to a supervisor and was told there was no supervision on shift. When I asked about my order the employee who was high as a kite with a headphone in his ear, checked the status of my order and then proceeded to laugh in my face and informed me my order was never going to arrive at my house because it was placed for carry-out. He did nothing to defuse the situation. He informed me that people call and place orders and the orders are never picked up. I asked him oh so people call all the time amd leave their orders paid and never pickup? I asked if they call customers about orders that have sit for over 2 hours he said no. The $37 of food that I placed was reversed and I went to Taco Bell and spent $45. I spoke to a manager named Kenll today and did his best to make up for the lack of customers service I received last week.
