The only employee in the whole store left the front alone for a very long time. At one point I had to yell to the back “hello” and still no one came out. I noticed my order was just sitting there and it didn’t make it any better. I yelled a couple times hello. Someone peaked their head out and then ran the other way. Still not being helped. Nothing was said. He came out and gave me my bread bites. Until he realized I redeemed a reward and then he refused to give it to me because the receipt said I didn’t pay because it was marked 0.00. Because I redeemed a reward!!!! He wasn’t understanding and he almost rung me up again because he refused to believe me. This was super exhausting even for a free 16 piece of parm bread bites. That wasn’t what cause me to write a review honestly. I gave grace. Today I come to pick up again. Parm bread bites and when I get here to pick up my order– timing it perfectly. She straight up looks around looked at her coworker and then looks at me and tells everyone she forgot to put it in. Never fails to disappoint to say the least.
