I then drove to the store ask where my order is, listening to the two employees ignoring every call coming in. Then a second customer comes in saying the same that he waited over 2 hours and no food had arrived and he was getting the food for his 90 year old mom. The two girls in the store then ended up snapping and yelling at him saying they were going to cancel his order and for him to go to McDonald’s if he wants food and to never order from their store as if they were the owners. Then the delivery driver, who according to the website delivered my order an hour ago, showed up with my food TO THE STORE. To my surprise, the food was ice cold. I’ll never order from this location again, horrible customer service who clearly hate their jobs.
