The employee, Maria, responded with a bad attitude and refused to remake the pizza. I felt dismissed and disrespected as a paying customer. I was not rude or aggressive — I simply wanted the food I paid for to be hot and fresh. I am requesting that this matter be addressed and that I either receive a refund or a replacement pizza. I call not once, not twice, not even thrice- but 11 times to inquire about where my damn dinner is (on my birthday) and I got: placed on hold, ignored, hung up on (5 times) and the last time they didn’t even bother to put me on hold and I was talking into the phone for 10min for someone to hear me. No one works there, no one cares. Sad, ridiculous, symbolic.
