- RGRosana GomezOct 2, 20251.0Pésimo servicio en el día de hoy realicé una orden online donde decía q en 12 montos estaría lista la orden a los 25 minutos llamé porque nose movía de preparación me atendió un hombre que me pidió un momento y luego me dijo que mi orden estaba en el horno que podía venir a recojer al llegar a la tienda me dice que no estaba lista ni siquiera puesta en el horno porque tenía mucho trabajo me incomode y le pregunté si podía cancelar la orden salí a ver si podíamos esperar o cancelábamos cuando llegue me dice ya tu orden está cancelada le pregunto porque me dice porque saliste y dijiste q ibas a cancelar le digo solo te pregunté pero además porque si en la aplicación ya aparece lista y el que habló conmigo por teléfono me dijo que la pasara a recojer tú me dices que las vas a poner al horno ahora su respuesta fue tú saliste de mala cara y la cancelé muy mal servicio de su parte no era la forma correcta para explicarse y si tengo motivos para salir incómoda del lugar cuando yo llamé para no llegar por gusto porque entiendo que pueden tener pedidos lo que molesta es la mentira
