About 30 minutes later, I called again and was told that a driver had picked up the order and was 15 minutes away. Another 20 minutes passed, and the Uber Eats app marked the order as delivered and charged me $27, despite the fact that nothing was delivered. I received no call, no message, and there was no driver or pizza outside. I even went downstairs to check. Marking an order as delivered when it clearly isn’t and still charge for it is unacceptable! Worst customer experience I've ever had!
