  hoy fue el día del Súper bowl, trabajo en restaurante y entiendo perfecto que existen días fuertes de servicio pero para esto uno debe estar prevenido para evitar fallas hacia nuestros clientes los cuales son la principal fuente de ingresos, estuve en el bar como por 3 horas en lo que mis hijos jugaban, hasta este momento todo estaba bien, los niños decidieron comer y debíamos pasarnos a una mesa ya que por ser menores no podían estar sentados en el bar, sin problema alguno obtuve una mesa, nos querían sentar en una mesa enorme donde estaban sentada otra familia, pedimos de favor que no queríamos estar ahí, a lo cual accedieron y agradecimos pero esta mesa solo tenía una silla, la mesera dijo que enseguida iba a traer las sillas, nunca las trajo, los niños las buscaron, la mesera nunca apareció y tuve que levantarme a pedir ayuda para que me tomaran la orden, ordenamos con otra mesera, y sorpresa, nunca llegó la ensalada de uno de mis hijos, la mesera que originalmente nos atendió, apareció como 30 min después, le preguntamos acerca de la ensalada, “según” fue a verificar, y nunca llegó la ensalada mucho menos ella, cuando pedimos la cuenta nos comentó que nos iba a poner la ensalada Togo, lo cual no quisimos, tranquilamente nos dijo que la propina estaba incluida en la cuenta, propina?? En verdad se la merecía?? Obviamente mi esposo pidió que le descontaran la propina. Ofrecieron un pésimo servicio en todos los aspectos, NO RECOMIENDO COMER AQUÍ.

  Came from Social Bar in the same shopping mall & was even worse!. No sound on the tvs 😴 boring! waitress taking forever to get our orders!! what’s wrong with Miami Service!!! the water 💧 has been running since we got here! but of course employees don’t care because it’s not their $ . boring on a sunday night tomorrow is a holiday! come on Owners you’re in Miami!!! put music 🎶 get people to wake up! and order another around

  We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday at Dave & Buster’s Miami, and the experience was truly amazing. Everything was well organized, and the kids had an incredible time. I especially want to highlight our server, Kharon, because he was a huge part of why the party went so smoothly. He was attentive at all times, constantly checking on us, bringing all the sodas without us even having to ask, and making sure every detail was taken care of. He never missed a beat and was always present with a great attitude and a smile. I also want to thank Camila for helping me with the contract and planning process—she was wonderful to work with and made everything easy. Thanks to this great team, my daughter had an amazing birthday party. I highly recommend Dave & Buster’s Miami for birthday celebrations!

  Horrible service, horrible customer service, chicken was raw. Will never have another birthday party here or bring my family here again. Nastiest attitudes I have ever experienced

  We sat at the bar to watch the game. Josue was amazing! The virgin mojitos he made were on point! We had the Gluten Free Salmon, mixed greens, and pilaf. It was fire 🔥 (I wanted to lick the plate). Definitely worth the price and repeat visit.
