I showed up 20 minutes before my order was promised on the app and every one was friendly. If you don’t know Miami customer service is hit or miss… this chipotle has been consistent!

They are always out of one thing or another. I came early January and again now late January and they still don’t have ice. How are you out of ice for a month or more? They should offer the cold drinks at a discount or free if they’re not going to give you the whole value of their product. The employees don’t even offer to let you wait for them to restock whatever they have out at the time (always something). I’d be willing to wait for fajita veggies to be restocked but they just tell you straight up that they don’t have. They also never know when they will restock something. The employee today said they didn’t know what was going on with the ice. Leadership is clearly lacking in this location, where they can’t even communicate why they don’t have something to their own employees.
