- GMGabriela Morales1 day ago1.0the staff is extremely rude and dismissive. who is holding these people hostage and making them work at chipotle because that is the only explanation i can think of as to why they are so rude.. they don’t look at you when you’re ordering, basically pretend ur not there, and they ignore you when you ask them something. i ordered a bowl and chips, and she forgot to put the chips in the bag after i just paid for them. the food is fine but the service is less that pleasant. do better chipotle.
- MTmaria paola tafurDec 26, 20251.0Este restaurante necesita ser intervenido inmediatamente, he sido cliente de chiplote por mas dr 14 años ( es mi comida favorita) he vivido en Washington DC, Maryland, New York y actualmente en miami y les puedo asegurar que este chiplote es el de la mas baja calidad que he visitado, las mesas sucias, el personal completamente desubicado solo se oyen gritos y como unos con otros se lanzan las pelota para no cargar con la responsabilidad de la mala gestión que le dan al restaurante. Las porciones de carne son extremadamente pequeñas y casi nunca tienen carne roja disponible solo pollo. Definitivamente necesitan entrenar al personal a cargo del restaurante

I ordered the Carne Asada and it was genuinely the worst steak I've ever had. Dry, flavorless, cheap meat with a weird grainy texture. I couldn't even finish it, had to throw it away.

Cashier(short older woman) wants to argue with me that I can’t order a “baby chips” because it’s only for kids. I explain to her that I don’t want a large portion of chips when I’ve always in the past 13 years of eating chipotle in my hometown of Miami been able to order a small/baby chips with my order. She’s basically trying to force me to order the larger portion which I know I’ll end up throwing away a majority of the serving. Aside from that she was extremely rude to me, thankfully someone else stepped in and completed my order.
