- KAKaren AcciusOct 18, 20251.0Yesterday, I went to this location. The male employee used a ripped tortilla; I wished that he had asked me if I wanted the ripped tortilla or not. The female employee got mad that I asked for a new tortilla on my burrito, and I wanted her to pour the food on the new tortilla. The tortilla chips were terrible. I asked the lady for fajitas, but she told me there weren't any. She should've asked someone for fajitas. The lady wrapped my tortilla so badly, and the burrito was hard to eat because of the two tortillas. The customer service wasn't great, and I might not come to this Chipotle again.

She asked me to park and wait, so I waited for 15 minutes in the parking lot, but no one showed up. I went back to ask about the status of my order, and she ignored me. Fortunately, a gentleman came to help and prepared my order. Apparently, they had given it to the wrong person, but the lady neither apologized nor took responsibility and just left me waiting.
