At 7 pm half the items were missing and worker was not happy to bring brown rice. Location also very dirty. Health department should really take a look at this location! Never again

The kitchen area and the food prep area has also been dirty, messy and disorganized. The last time I went the lady working the cash register told us that there was no cheese and she told us with an attitude. She said the cheese needed to be shredded and it would take 45 minutes to do so.

I got half spoon of rice and I kindly asked for a little more which he do no problem. The other guy next to him was like, did he ask for extra I said no just enough thank you. Went on with the rest of the line and everything went ok. I asked for a little more of the peppers I got a face that only a mother can love. I felt like I just asked the guy for $100. I asked for the pico on the side when he told the cashier lady chicken with extra pico. I said excuse me I said on the side not extra. I got charged accordingly and the lady apologized for it. But, I got home opened up the burrito took a bite. Rice was hard felt like it was days old. Every other topping was ok. Opened it up and found an extra protein inside mixed with the food. Nice long black hair. They need to be more careful while prepping in the back. I’ll go back again just please next time I’ll leave the extra hair protein out.
