The staff has been rude and un kind leaving you feeling uncomfortable communicating with them, one person in particular whose name I think is Elena I think might be the worst one . She doesn’t follow what you ask her to put in the food and she rolls her eyes when you ask her a question . She just starts scooping whatever and isn’t paying attention , she acts like you are bothering her . On top of this the ice is never filled and it always seems like a chore for them to do anything there. This used to be my favorite location but I do not enjoying coming here anymore . On top of all of that I see a faux tip jar with a note next to the register which is something I’ve never seen at a chipotle saying “ we get treated like crap.”

They allow them to be inside and on the chairs of the place, they smell bad the whole place smells unpleasant impossible to sit down to eat and feel that smell in the environment

Then got charged for a soda I didn’t order. I donno when Chipolte stated skimping so hard on protein but this meal is sad to say the least.
