- PLPatricia LabellaDec 16, 20251.0There is a very small petite cashier dark color my receipt says the name Jay not sure if that's her name or not but she was very rude and bilergent to me and my daughter she threw our bag literally shaking all our food that was just made ,I asked to add a drink and told me that she couldn't get more cups at the moment and rolled her eyes at us and said we were good to go that she had a line to tend too I've been coming to eat at Chipotle for years but she made this experience for me unwelcoming and I will rethink eating at this location if that's the service we receive when we are paying customers too and she didn't care to make sure we had our queso and chips a were also missing in the bag from the rush and disrespectfullness not sure if she likes her job much but that's is not how your supposed to treat your customers she needs to learn how to talk to others !!!

I don’t order much from chipotle but it has gotten way worse.. the food was cold. And I asked for black beans and they barely served me any. Such low quality to what chipotle use to be. Truly sad better off get a tropichop from pollo tropical . Better quality, quantity and price. Never ordering from here again.
