  This is probably the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I asked for extra white rice and they were not happy when I asked for more. Then when she poured the chicken she put 1 scoop and then removed some of the chicken from the bowl. I’ve never seen this before. Then when I asked the cashier what was going on she said “we are saving for a catering order.” Oh well, it’s not my fault that you guys have a catering order. I don’t want to blame the cashier, but this has to be some management problem.

  Everytime I order from here thru Uber eats they forget half of my order. Or the food is old and very sloppy . The cross contamination is serious they serve the food not caring if people could be allergic to anything but on Uber they dont give you the option to state your allergies. There has been many times that I paid for food and wasn't able to eat it. This location needs better management and staff.. get rid of everyone and hire a completely new staff because the food isn't even seasoned. To order food with no flavor at all is disgusting corporate needs to do a pulse check in this location and really get involved. The fact that this location has all these horrible reviews l. The owner reads them and nothing has changed.. speaks volumes on the owner.. obviously he doesn't care!!!

  Terrible la señora que me Atendio hoy rubia ella a las 2 de la tarde hoy 18 de nov le pedimos que esperara mas arroz por que se había terminado que esperara para el arroz nuevo y el que tenía en el plato con rabio lo botó a la basura no le gustó que le dijéramos que esperábamos por más arroz por qué tenía que botar el plato con el poquito de arroz que había puesto, tanta gente necesitada y creo que chipotle no está deacuerdo con este trato a sus clientes y no conforme con eso la cajera pase mi Targeta le dije que si ya había pasado por qué no me dio el recibo y me dijo si ya bye, le pedí el recibo y fue con muy mala gana terrible el servicio el arroz sobre cocido la carne asada súper seca no es el producto es quien atiende de mala gana no lo recomiendo pueden ver las cámaras y confirmarán lo expuesto

  I have visited this location for close to 5 years, once or twice a week on average. In the last month or so the staff has changed dramatically. Everyone is miserable and there are very few employees left that actually know how to communicate with customers. In a word, lazy. In my last few visits, the new trend is to run out of the only side Chipotle offers, chips, 5 hours before closing. The kicker is they do not actually run out. I have been told, no chips, because the remaining 30+ bags are for potential online orders, so now walk in customers are penalized? I sat there and ordered chips online just so they can hand it to me? Why is this a thing. More recently I was told the same story (same female night manager) that they are out of chips, at 8:00pm, with a giant bowl of chips in the background waiting to be bagged. To make matters worse there were large bags of chips but again, these are being reserved for online orders. Listen if online orders are so important, close your doors to the public. 5 years of visiting this location with a solid reputation, ruined in the span of 4 weeks. Fix your staff, fix your customer support. This franchise literally has one side, get it right.

  6:20 de la tarde y dicen q no tienen carne solo cerdo , pregunté si salía más tarde para esperarla xq veo la parrilla repleta de CARNE y solo me dijeron q no sabían xq había un catering Y Eso era solo para el pedido, no tienen la capacidad de atender clientes y hacer el catering a la vez teniendo 7 personas en el local , muy competentes de su parte
