The entire restaurant was filthy—every table was dirty, floors had trash scattered everywhere, and the garbage cans were overflowing. There wasn’t a single clean place to sit. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and hostile. They had almost no protein available, and when I politely asked why they didn’t have the basic selections they’re supposed to, the employee snapped back, “It’ll be ready whenever it’s ready.” No apology, no explanation—just attitude. When it came time to serve my plate, the same employee tossed the food on it like she was angry, gave me barely any chicken, and acted aggressive the entire time. Then I had to stand there for nearly 5 minutes waiting to pay while employees ignored me. I ended up leaving my food and walking out. The environment was so dirty and stressful that I left with a headache. This location needs serious management attention. I’m attaching photos because the situation speaks for itself.

The manager WILLY publicly humiliated an employee because of ‘too much meat’ given in my bowl. It was so out of proportion I had to intervene, and even after doing so, he continued to belittle the employee saying “he doesn’t pay your rent” referring to me. I got a bowl with barbacoa, 1 scoop of meat, which may have ‘looked’ generous because of the rice and beans underneath (which I had gotten extra of). I’m grateful for these guys working hard, but that was a shameful display of character, specifically from WILLY. The guy who served me is a good guy and did NOTHING wrong. I had to step in and stand up for him because WILLY is the manager (unfortunately).
