Chipotle is known for generous servings, but this location barely put any food in the bowl. When I politely asked for a normal portion, the employee gave me the smallest scoop possible and seemed irritated. I shouldn’t have to ask for the proper amount of food when I’m paying full price. The service overall was poor. The staff seemed uninterested and acted bothered by simple requests. It felt rushed and unwelcoming. On top of that, the restaurant itself was dirty. Several tables had leftover food, the drink station was sticky, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Between the extremely small portions, bad service, and lack of cleanliness, this was a very disappointing visit. For the prices they charge, customers should at least receive the correct amount of food and a clean environment. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements.

My mother went to buy a burrito bowl asked for double protein chicken then mix up her bowl with another customers when she said it wasn't her bowl you ignore her stating they're all the same portion. Well I'm here looking at the bowl and didn't give double protein but y'all a quick to charge for it. Management has gone downhill and it's evidently obvious.

In particular, my experience on the evening of January 22, 26, left me feeling unsatisfied, with the lack of food preparation where I and other guest waited about 15mins for chicken to be served, to the short-staff team where employees juggle several task while waiting on customers. I was further frustrated when my take out order was finally made and the cashier left my order in queue to replenish a side dish. Imagine how, waiting for a protein to be available, to finally being ready to paid and then the employee leaves for another 10mins. Unbelievable.
