It began with the first lady serving me, who seemed to be on autopilot and didn’t even allow me to speak. She gave me one scoop of rice and one serving of meat, and when I tried to ask for a little more, I was ignored—possibly because I wasn’t adding additional toppings. I felt overcharged for what I received. The second lady handling the toppings didn’t speak, didn’t smile, and simply passed my order along. At the register, the two ladies were discussing what I was being charged without acknowledging me at all. There was no greeting, no thank you, no goodbye—just the total. I even had to stop them to ask for my receipt. Overall, it was a horrible experience. This location has so much potential, but poor customer service and lack of proper training will only bring the business down.
