At the young age of 22, Adrianne Calvo was inspired to open her namesake restaurant, Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Bar (“Chef Adrianne’s”). The restaurant quickly grew in popularity with Calvo’s Maximum Flavor cuisine infused in all corners of the menu – from her 24-hour Braised Prime Beef Short Rib to her insta-famous French Onion Soup (only served on Tuesdays).
In 2014 and 2017, Chef Adrianne’s was awarded Best Restaurant by Miami New Times’ Readers’ Choice Awards, but Calvo had more than just the fan vote, the media agreed. The restaurant was also named among Zagat’s 15 Most Unique Restaurants and noted as one of the 17 Most Important Restaurants in Miami by Thrillist.

Some of the best brunch I’ve ever tried in my life, the cornbread is honestly amazing I couldn’t get enough. And that’s just a starter, the food is PHENOMENAL. Me and my family are huge dessert people, connoisseurs if you will, and may I just say, Chef Adrien’s cinnamon rolls were what I’ve been missing my entire life. Huge, super gooey and always freshly made with delicious creamy frosting, holy guacamole. But to be honest the reason we keep coming back isn’t because of the amazing food, but more the amazing service. One word for you, and it rhymes with jasmine rice. Bryce. Since we started coming here Bryce has always been our server, his energy is infectious, and he always remembers a face. Always charming and a wonderful person to be around, truly one of a kind. I couldn’t recommend this spot enough. For dinner, family, friends, and for Bryce. TRY IT

He is professional, friendly, thoughtful, and makes you feel right at home. Although the prices have gone up, the quality and food portions remain the same. The menu has been streamlined, which I can appreciate. The sea bass was deliciously prepared and the Rockefeller salmon was cooked perfectly. The saucier is equally talented, which elevates the cuisine. If you are planning a special event or celebration, Chef Adrienne’s is a lovely venue in the heart of Kendall.

However, their website isn't working. The only time it actually processed my payment was when I purchased a $25 gift card by mistake. When trying to purchase $100 or more, it kept giving me an error. When I finally got someone on the phone, they said a manager would call me back and no one ever did. I then tried to email the restaurant and no one got back to me. Now I continuously call and it just rings and then it sounds busy. There's a huge lack of customer service. I was trying to support a small business and no one seems to care enough to help me. I will never purchase from this restaurant again and I will be calling my credit card company to refund me the $25 gift card.
