As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It looks like she didn’t want to be working so she took out her frustration hurrying with my order. Apple pies were cold my bun on my sandwich top ice cold only thing she got right was the tenders I understand SituationCheckers do better on customer service training I know people out there want a job .

- CLC LivDec 28, 20251.0This location deserves zero stars. I haven’t seen this amount of incompetence in a long time. My family attempted to place a drive through order on 12/28/25, 5:30. An order that would have totaled $60+. Instead of the staff taking the order as they should have they proceeded to be continuously rude while we asked questions about the menu and the order. An older female employee refused to continue taking our order. We are unsure if there was an issue of comprehension or inability to take the order. Another employee continued the order then began laughing due to the other employee speaking rudely. My family decided to leave the restaurant with fear of having our food tampered with. This location is disgraceful. Won’t be back.
