As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- KRKyttie RemoraFeb 16, 20262.0So where do I start, I can't blame this entirely on the workers because they are working to the beat if their ability with the tools that they have and directions given. We came at an off hour to grab a fish sandwich combo and a large fry, my aunt wanted the combo and I only wanted the fries. The fish sandwich is always made to order and we requested fresh fries, so a wait is to be expected. No problem. There was some small confusion when ordering but everything was sorted, we paid our $12 odd dollars with change and we're told to drive around to the next windows. We figure because of the wait for fresh fries and the sandwich. We drive around and there's a line of other cars, and a group at the window waiting as well. It was odd to me because we saw 3 workers, maybe a machine/grill/fryer could be down? The wait went from 5 minutes to 10+ minutes and during that time my aunt spied them not giving fresh fries and requested fresh fries, ours were cold. Not the cold you'd expect from a 10+ minute wait but a stale ive been sitting for a minute situation. So I will say the staff ended up getting us hot fries and we were finally set after a tiresome wait. This location also has some unsavory characters that will approach your car asking for money, it could definitely deter potential customers. The outside area I would not recommend staying to sit outside to eat due to the homeless that hang around the area and possible harassment.

It looks like she didn’t want to be working so she took out her frustration hurrying with my order. Apple pies were cold my bun on my sandwich top ice cold only thing she got right was the tenders I understand SituationCheckers do better on customer service training I know people out there want a job .
