As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- ABAndrew BellunSep 27, 20251.0Just the fact that they turn the small combo into literally a tiny cup to shows how miserable and pathetic they are and why would never support this ridiculous business again and on top of that, they can't even have their own workers take orders which means I have to talk to a stupid automated machine who I already knew from the start would not get my order right and I had to find out once I was already away from the restaurant. When going through the drive-thru you can always check if you're missing something but you can never check if the order on your sandwiches are good unless you open the entire thing right in front of them which I'm not that type of person to hold up a line and do it out of respect but now I understand why others do it. If I ask for a "CHEESE DOUBLE" and you give me a DOUBLE CHECKER BURGER then clearly the machine does not know the menu nor does it know the differences within the food items which means it is useless, good for nothing, and not even worth assembling it to take customer orders. All this for what????? This is a terrible place and its owners are by far the worst and most miserable cheapest people I have seen so far. NO MORE CHECKERS NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
