- SWSimon W2 days ago2.0plan to arrive earliest 15 to 30min after scheduled pickup time during lunch hours. they extremely rarely get it done on time. very annoying to show up there and to wait. the worst i ever had was 1 hour (!) delay. tens of people usually waiting to pickup their food, sometimes you cant even get in. also not recommended to go to order, since the line is ridiculous and for sure it takes at least 20min if not more until it is your turn to order/pay the food, portions and price are very good. staff is nice too and try their best, but they are understaffed 2 stars for this terrible pickup experience

And that seems to be poor planning.. the line is very slow at least 20 the 30 minutes online and then to find out they're out of brown rice which is not very good there's definitely room for improvement...
