  Horrible experience i wait over 1 hour they said you should have come at your pick up time, but i was able to pick up 20 minutes after pick up ready time !! They were rude and with attitude , chicken was konda greasy aand overall the worst experience will never come back

  I usually enjoy CAVA, which is why this experience at the Brickell location was particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite frustrated. The staff member preparing my bowl added extremely small portions of each ingredient I requested. While I understand the importance of portion control, the amounts felt noticeably insufficient compared to what is normally served. What bothered me the most was the avocado portion. Since avocado is an extra, I was surprised to see that only a very tiny piece was added, and the rest was thrown away with the skin. Considering it is a paid add-on, this felt wasteful and unfair to the customer. I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively, as consistency and respect for customers are key to maintaining trust and satisfaction. I would appreciate more attention to portioning and better handling of paid extras in the future.

  The cucumber mint limeade drink is the only thing that saves this place, for me at least. The food is ok, not bad. However, we ordered pitas and ate it there and they were cold. I would suggest their proteins and pita be hot and toasty to really enjoy it. The way they wrapped it made it all wet. Still pretty good though. The problem with this place, besides the parking, is the staff. Absolutely horrible staff for the most part. They are extremely unfriendly, and are unable to understand or answer basic questions and requests. For example, we requested tomatoes and cucumbers in our pita and they looked confused and said, do you want (insert specific menu item) and continued to defer to a recipe card. There’s also little to no customer service at all. The bathroom was dirty, the trash was overflowing, and most of the seating areas were dirty. I understand this is a new location, so I would recommend giving it a chance. If management is reading this, your entire staff REQUIRES immediate and lengthy training on communication, etiquette, and customer service.

  CAVA has been one of my favorite restaurants for 8 years now. Quality, healthy, and consistent. Selena and Needa are amazing staff members, always kind, courteous, and smiling ear to ear. We need more people like them in this world!

  We love this place , but this place was not consistent with all others. We arrived 25 min before closure and they had the grill cleaned already and off. All their toppings were empty and told us they didn’t have more. When we complained they pulled more out. Their meats were all cold, the workers were bothered by us arriving at this time. Great location, horrible service and food that was cold and sloppy
