Very disgusting when the personnel there prepare foods. I’m very disappointed and you guys should be better, efficient and responsible for the foods that u offered.

One of the workers accidentally put the wrong toppings on and when I pointed it out she asked if I would like her to remake it, so I said yes. The lady at the register was so mad at me for having the bowl remade that she was huffing and puffing and aggressively put my order in a bag, handed it to me, and waved her hand “bye” in my face. I honestly have no words for the situation that didn’t need to be that big of a deal. I would happily go to another cava location again but not return to Brickell with the unprofessionalism I experienced.
