  This format of restaurant and food is set to take over. Wonderful food, quick service and fantastic staff. Christie was informed, on point and helped me order exactly what I wanted. I see this place going big! I will make this a regular stop!

  I was excited at the idea of Cava - I love Mediterranean food and I love bowls, but unfortunately it was a disappointment. Very long wait and food wasn’t outstanding. I will certainly give it one more try and raise my rating if my overall experience improves.

  Everytime I place a pick up order it takes over 30 min. I place it 15 min in advance it’s not ready. I wait. I could’ve stood in line most the time I place an order for pickup during my 30 min lunch breaks and it ruins my lunch time. The employees are slow and don’t care. Management fix this.

  The food here is good and if you order in person there are no issues but do not order online for pick up or through uber eats. When you order online this place is horrible!! Both times they have missed half of the ingredients online and both times they forgot to add the main protein chicken in the bowl!!! how do you miss the protein?!?! You have to physically be there and make sure they are adding everything to the bowl. This places needs to do better.

  I love your restaurant. When I go to your restaurant, I see pleasant and polite staff; they always smile at me and help me with my order. I think you should introduce tips for your employees; they work so hard that it motivates me to work just as hard at my own job, and I would dream of working in such a team. And your manager, Tashima, is the most charming manager; she always smiles, is kind and helpful. I see how wonderfully she performs her duties, motivates her employees, and helps them. I've seen many managers who don't care about their work, but she always cares about the quality and speed of customer service. I have never met a more professional manager. The atmosphere of the restaurant is bright and cheerful, which is exactly what I need when I'm having a bad day. I come to Cava, and my day gets better. Delicious food, kind and polite staff, and a charming view of the street. If I had the opportunity, I would love to work in your restaurant. Stay the way you are for as long as you can. I wish your restaurant good luck and success.
