The kid at the register doesn't speak English so he can barely understand your order. And when I asked the nearest employee (this tall, slim Latina young woman with a long ponytail who's wearing a black shirt) for help, she acted like I was invisible. Then, they give you cold food. I am never going there again.

During lunch My order always comes out fresh/hot food and when it gets busy, long line of customers they all handle it well! Hopefully the manager and the entire crew get the recognition they deserve
